Had a good ringing session at Buckton late on Saturday evening and early on Sunday. Caught fifty birds including 2 Pied Flycatchers, a Wheatear, 12 Willow Warblers and best of all a Willow Tit (only the 2nd bird here in 10 years).
A quick visit to Flamborough produced a Wryneck, Icterine Warbler and Red backed Shrike all in the same hedge !
