Spurn was recently the venue of the UK's first ever migration festival organised by
the Spurn Bird Observatory, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, Birding Frontiers and
Westmere Farm.
The event was a huge success with guided migrant walks, seawatching, visible migration
watches and ringing demonstrations.
A full and interesting lecture programme complimented the outdoor daytime activities.
